You might be looking for a therapist because your relationship feels distant or tense, communication has broken down, or you self sabotage your relationship by turning to porn or people outside of your relationship and you don’t know why. Maybe you’re not sure what’s gone wrong — you just know something feels off, and you’re tired of feeling stuck or misunderstood.
I work with adults and couples who want to have better relationships — with their partners, their families, and themselves. Many of my clients are successful in some areas of life but find connection, intimacy, and emotional understanding harder to navigate. Together, we look at what’s underneath the frustration, defensiveness, or disconnection and work toward creating real change that lasts. In practice, people that want to change, change, and people that don’t want to change, don’t change.
I bring over a decade of experience helping men and women navigate relationship stress, emotional blocks, and major life transitions. Before working in private practice, I worked in community mental health, crisis response as a mental health first responder, and with elite athletes as a counselor for a professional soccer developmental academy.
My approach is conversational, relational, and transparent. I’ll challenge you when needed, offer a different perspective, and support you in finding a more honest, confident way of relating. If you like the clinical language, I draw from CBT, DBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy — but mostly, I just try to be a real human with you in the room.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me running or reading.
