Lizzy is passionate about helping people experience wholeness and freedom. Taking a developmental, relational, and existential approach she believes that the way we tell our stories to ourselves matters. She works with her clients to create mutual goals and to work as efficiently as possible towards relief, healing, and thriving.
Lizzy has a master’s in Community Counseling from Denver Seminary. She has been counseling since 2003 and in private practice since 2008. She is trained in EMDR and Prepare/Enrich, utilizes Attachment Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy, and has extensive experience working with betrayal trauma and sexual addiction.
She loves spending time with her friends, husband and two daughters. And to get outside and moving as much as possible.

Elizabeth has a Masters of Arts in Counseling from Denver Seminary and a Public Health Education degree from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Elizabeth is married and loves Colorado, but also loves her Virginian roots. When she is not working, Elizabeth likes to read, hike, camp, swim, snowboard, but mostly hang out with her family and friends.
